The apartment, completely renovated, offers you a remarkable VIEW of the City Hall building and Lake Geneva.
Design apartment of more than 110m² for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms (double beds), 3 bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite) and 2 toilets (1 of which is independent).

PIERCADAIRE of the port of Rives 400 m away, accessible on foot or via the Funicular, to reach Lausanne by boat;
LÉMAN EXPRESS, 1km away, allowing you to reach Geneva in 60 minutes without getting bored by car.
SKI and slopes 30-40 minutes away by car
Close to the quays, shops and restaurants.
Ideal location for water activities but also mountain pleasures.

We had a wonderful stay here. Appartment has everything you need. Great to not have to go out and buy salt and dishwasher tabs etc! Amazing location too. We will definitely be back
