DESCRIPTION:
“Aaahh” - that's all that will be left to say at the end of each day you stay in this cozy lakefront chalet. With a covered hot tub, a warm soak with lakefront views is the perfect way to spend any day - rain or shine. Looking for a different way to take in the lake view? Gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories as you watch the evening boaters go by. Your private dock is just steps away as well! Swim, fish, boat, or just soak up the sun all day long on a prime location on the lake. Not feeling like being out and about? Be a homebody here with two separate gathering places to fit your needs. Cozy up around the fireplace on the main level or have a casual (or competitive) game of Air Hockey or Ping Pong on the lower level. With two separate living places, adults and kids can break off and enjoy their own spaces to hang out and relax. For dinner, either grill up your favorites on the deck or take a small drive (or boat ride) to many local favorites like Ace’s Run, Firewater, Dutch’s, Pine Lodge and more! The central location of the home provides easy access to all kinds of Deep Creek fun for all ages! Play some mini golf, ride some go-karts, explore any of various State Parks, just don’t forget to swing by Lakeside Creamery for an afternoon or evening treat (it’s walking distance from the house!)! The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.
TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.
NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

My daughter and her friends enjoyed our stay at AAH Chalet, celebrating her upcoming wedding!

The home is beautiful, lakefront property. Very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provides at this property.
That said, on the third day of our stay a latge group of workers arrived and swarmed the property, including the decks, and said they were there to blow away the leaves. This happened when I had just gone onto the deck in my PJ’s, none of them actually knocked on the door to let us know they were there, just a surprise when I walked out onto the deck.
I immediately called Railey, they did not know anything about this and sent their maintenance person out.
Apparently the owners of the property set this up and informed no one.
I am not saying they shouldn’t have done that, but a heads up would have been nice, as I had no idea there were people out there and was wearing my pj’s. It was very uncomfortable for me.
Other than that lack of communication our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

This house is absolutely stunning. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and you can’t beat the location. Wonderful views of the lake and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. 10/10 stars and we are already panning to re book for the summer when we can get to enjoy the lake! Hot tub was hot and clean! Love it here, thank you!

The Overall property was nice; however, the cleanliness was a little disappointing. There stained uncleaned coffee mugs. The grill was not clean there was chicken on the grill. There were towels that needed to be replaced, there were not enough toilet tissue in the restroom initially, although we were given two. The sliding doors need to oiled, and maybe replaced the one down stairs needs to be repaired. However, all of this could have been overlooked except for the heat. I am not sure if the heat is controlled by Wifi but we would set the temp and then go back and the system would be off the temp changed. We contacted maintenance regarding the fireplace downstairs because it stopped working, and never got call back. These were our main concerns, but we did enjoy our stay.
