Experience an unforgettable Maryland vacation at this spacious family home in Deep Creek Lake with room for 10 guests. With five bedrooms (3 king and 2 queen beds!) and 4 full bathrooms, this house is ideal for reunions and group gatherings, boasting amenities like a private hot tub, an in-house pool table, and 2 primary bedrooms (upstairs with a whirlpool tub!).
Located 500 feet from private community lake access and only six miles from Wisp Resort, you'll have easy access to year-round outdoor activities. Winter visitors can downhill, snowboard, cross-country ski, and snowshoe, while summer travelers can kayak, fish, swim, hike, and so much more! You'll also be under a mile from a 24-hour market, cinema, and restaurants for plenty of conveniences.
Two stories offer guests comfort and lots of amenities, including central air conditioning, two gas fireplaces, a game room with a pool table and mini-fridge, a private washer/dryer, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances (March 2022). Four of the five bedrooms have direct outdoor access, including two upstairs bedrooms with access to the upstairs deck for outdoor seating/dining and a propane 5-burner grill. Two of the three downstairs bedrooms have slider doors opening to the downstairs patio, only steps away from the new (July 2021) 330-gallon hot tub!

This house features high-speed internet at 300 Mbps download speed (25Mbps upload), with new HD Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms and common areas. Great location and overall excellent experience. We had one small issue with the log in code to the door on arrival but we called and they sorted it out quickly. Would recommend.

This house is, unfortunately, very typical of a rental property. We expected better considering the price.
The good - plentiful bedrooms and space for 7 full-sized people. Kitchen is spacious and deck and hot tub are nice options to be outside. Plenty of parking space for 3 cars. Living room furniture was comfortable and clean enough to enjoy using.
The meh - The kitchen need more attention. 5 glasses and about 38 plates. Dozens of knives and not a one sharp enough to cut a tomato. Every non-stick pan was terribly scratched - beat up beyond use. For a house with 5 bedrooms there should be more seating. The ad says you're "500 feet from private community lake access." If you're not looking for a lake-front house, this place will be fine. We brought 2 kayaks and carrying them up and down the hill was not fun. But again, the ad was correct - just make sure you know what you're getting. The floors throughout the house were just horrific. Wiping up water from the floor and towels came up black. Our feet were black walking around the house. Floors sticky throughout, and glitter everywhere. The housekeeper didn't arrive until after we were to check in., leaving us standing in the rain. And the road leading to the community was under construction, forcing us to add 20 min detour each time we went out and came back in.
