We really enjoyed our stay during a long holiday getaway. The hot tub under cover of the top deck was perfect for relaxing while watching the snow and the kitchen was well suited for cooking a big holiday meal. The management company had excellent communication and checking in and out was a seamless breeze. We’ll be back!

Very nice place, we were able to accommodate 8 people comfortably, we will definitely consider coming back again. The only downside was being limited to 3 cars in the driveway, and the bear-proof garbage containers were broken. Also, the road leading up to the house is very hilly and is partially gravel. Not an issue, but useful to know in the future.

Stayed here for a long weekend (fri-Mon). 4 adults and two children. House was well equipped for the toddler and baby in tow. Only major concern on that front was the stairs, which a gate we take on all trips easily solved. The house is located near the lake but due to the trees you can’t see it. This comes to no surprise and was advertised well on the site. The privacy was nice and the firewood and fire pit were nice touches. I highly recommend against going on the outdoor wooden steps or upper level deck when it rains as it gets super slippery. Kudos to the renter for calling and giving us a heads up. A lot of room to relax and have a good time after the kiddos go to bed. Two things I would keep in mind. The WiFi is god awful. Don’t expect to do much on a computer if you were planning to. Also, the only television is all the way in the upstairs loft.
My biggest complaint, however has to do with the cleanliness. I’m not sure how often or throughly these homes are cleaned, but upstairs we found old progesterone and acetaminophen pills. This concerned me, because it was within easy reach of my daughter when we were playing up there. Hopefully this was a one time problem and other tenants won’t experience it.
Otherwise, if you like a nice secluded home with plenty of room and don’t mind lack of internet or a single television in the loft, I can’t find any other reasons to fault this house. Overall we had a delightful stay!

Review5 stars is for birds chirping, etc. 4 stars is for children laughing. I can overlook things mostly but… 3 stars is reserved for, YOU HAVE WORK TO DO. You can start by having decent silverware (not dollar silverware), cleaning the hot tub (it was filthy not fit for any living being), but for me it was the moment I went to put the kids down for the night and clean the kitchen, and you don’t even have dishwashing pods or liquid to clean the dishes? Do you think I should be forward thinking enough to bring my own? No sugar for coffee? More than half empty cabinets. No rhyme or reason to where anything is at. Spent five minutes looking for a baking pan. No salt shaker? You want us to clean the refrigerator or you’ll charge me but your ice maker isn’t working? Should I have to think to spend time and money to bring my own ice, dishwashing liquid, a salt shaker and salt and pepper when I spent 1,200 already? You call that a pool table? That’s a piece of garage sale trash I wouldn’t buy for the local homeless shelter. This place is not worth 500 for a weekend for the simple fact that it doesn’t even have the basic amenities and the company who manages this is catfishing you to think that it has a hot tub and a pool table; you won’t be able to use either. Bring your own stuff. Don’t expect to be impressed people.
