Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. With only 55 condos being rented at Phoenix IX you can rest assured that you will have a nice relaxing vacation without hundreds of people crowding around.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room with 40” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were amazing, the condo was very clean & well appointed, the mattresses were comfortable.

Condo had a great beach view straight out and to the west. Couldn't see really any of the beach towards the east due to the way the condo was built. Overall the condo was just as advertised! Very clean, modern, everything in great shape. The kitchen was very nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again!What makes it nice also is that the entrance to the condo is all enclosed, so trip from car in garage to room is totally enclosed and protected from the elements!

The only suggestion I would make...please consider updating the antiquated TV in the Living Room to a Smart TV. That would allow guests to log into their own streaming platforms.
