THIS PROPERTY IS MORE SUITABLE FOR COUPLES WHO PREFER A LONGER TERM STAY. This gorgeous, beautifully furnished, spacious condo has a single car garage in a gated community in Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club in sunny Sarasota, Florida. This condo is located directly on the 18th fairway and has beautiful views, including the lake and sunset. Membership of the newly-renovated Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club, an Arthur Hill-designed golf course, is available for the duration of the rental period for a $250 transfer fee (fees subject to change and are paid directly to the club). Membership provides FULL access to the gourmet dining room, pro shop, driving range, practice greens, fitness center with heated pool, sauna and lighted tennis courts. Our community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks that pass many lakes, trees and natural habitat for birds, fish, turtles and alligators. We are approximately 15 minutes from desirable Siesta Key Beach which has the most beautiful, white sand in the world! We have taken impeccable care of this condo and can work with our guests for any special requests. The location of our unit, with spectacular views and a short walk to the clubhouse, pools and fitness center, is difficult to beat!

This unit is very comfortable, with friendly neighbors and easy access to the pool area and walking path. We certainly loved having golf privileges because it's one of Sarasota's best keep courses. The view of the 18th Fairway was very picturesque. The landlord couldn't have been more helpful to us at all times.

This condo was even better than anticipated, and a perfect setting for our family vacation. It was bright, airy, and the coastal/beach decor was cute and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare meals before heading to the pool for an evening swim. The grounds are beautiful. Thank you for being readily available to answer ALL of our questions, and for providing a lovely home away from home! Looking forward to our next stay!
