About this apartment rental
Located in Garden City's premier high rise condo. You have a 180 degree view of the beach and ocean from the ninth floor. The unit was RENOVATED in January 2015. The Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier are nice 30 minute walks. Litchfield and Myrtle Beach golf courses are within 15 minutes. Great Murrels Inlet restaurants are around the corner.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. It has its own balcony overlooking the ocean. The main living area has dining, great room, TV/DVD and balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen looks out into the great room. It is fully equipped; fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all the utensils. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a bathroom.
One Ocean Place has two ocean front pools and jacuzzis. There is gated covered parking and on site security.
It's the ideal spot for a family vacation or golf retreat in Myrtle Beach.
Departure cleaning fees are included in the weekly and monthly rates. 11% sales tax must be added to rates.

Fantastic rental that has everything you need. I got the impression the owner genuinely wants her guests to have a great experience. We definitely did. This condo has been the closest to the ocean I’ve ever been and we always book oceanfront. We brought our beach cart And never used it. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were a huge help. This beach experience has been the most enjoyable and peaceful. I’d 100% recommend.
