Nestled in the scenic Vermont woods, this adorable chalet is perfect for your next family vacation in any season. Upon entering this home away, you'll be greeted by the stylish open floor plan, a wood-burning stove to cozy up beside after a day on the slopes, and modern furnishings in the living area that everyone will love kicking back on each night. Step out to the wonderful deck to take in the surrounding nature or enjoy a summer barbecue while cooking up some burgers on the private gas grill! When it is a bit too chilly to have a cookout, the full kitchen is home to a farmhouse sink, island seating, stylish cabinetry, and all of the utensils needed to make the chef of the group feel right at home when mealtimes come around.

Walk right out to the main road and flag down the Mad Bus for a free shuttle to each mountain. Ski enthusiasts will enjoy the convenience of the various resort options nearby, with Sugarbush located just one mile away and Mad River Glen six miles north. The town of Waitsfield is a short drive away, boasting many great restaurants, a taproom, and the Big Picture Theater. The Mad River is a great area for all kinds of adventure like kayaking, hiking, and biking.

We had a great end of summer long weekend. Everything was cozy and easy to find. There was great food and walks close by. We loved enjoying the sun on the decks and some family game time in the living room with our family of 4!

The layout of the house was nice with tje bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs. The kitchen was very nice. Vacasa responded very quickly to and questions. We had a great time.
