This beautiful end unit in the Bridges is available for the 2024 summer season. Enjoy the quiet benefits of this two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Enter the unit through your private door directly into the mudroom with closet, hooks and a bench. Then make your way into the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The living room has two big couches, a gas fireplace and smart TV for relaxing after a full day exploring the valley. The dining room has table seating for eight and three stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the cooking utensils you will need for making dinner after a great day in the fresh air. Down stairs there are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and a full bath between them. Upstairs is the primary suite with a king size bed and full bath. Off of the bathroom is the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a loft area overlooking the main living space with a twin size day-bed and trundle underneath.
As a tenant of Unit 102 you have access to all the Bridges has to offer. The recreation building has two indoor tennis courts, a weight/workout room, indoor pool and multiple hot tubs. Outside the building there are walking trails, fire pits, additional tennis courts and an outside swimming pool.

We visited the area to hike, shop, and enjoy the fall foliage. The location was perfect, and the condo was great. Mary was very responsive to our questions, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for Norwich U parents weekend. Amazing place. Plenty of space for a big family. Everything was clean and comms was on point. Deft recommend this place. I hope to stay here again.

We have stayed here before and enjoy this property greatly for its peace and quiet and beauty. We used the small pool alot, the larger pool for some reason was closed when we went. The home is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need, including plenty of paper towels etc. We usually bring our own as that is something usually lacking but not with this residence. The owner responds to emails right away. There is no air conditioning in any of these units, but there are plenty of fans which is all you need here in the mountains.
