The middle floor has two serene bedrooms with queen beds and big windows affording beautiful views of the trees and meadow on the property. Lower level third bedroom has one full bed (with twin trundle) and two twin beds. Entry level mudroom with bench and large closet for your ski gear. Located on the shuttle route just five minutes from both Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen.

Freshly renovated condo with plenty of space for our two families. Super patient and friendly owner was one ring away to assist with my botching of heating unit. Enormous cozy couch fit everyone for evening family time. Sugarloaf and mountain excursions just a few minutes away . Very clean pool, tennis courts and a basketball hoop for those that choose not to explore. Kitchen had ample supplies for cooking and cleaning. Bedding was new and soft. Bathrooms clean and stocked. Bottom floor bedroom is very large and a bonus to have a full bath on the same level for kids to get away from adults . Some play toys in exterior bin were a bonus for frolicking on the great lawn out back. We will definitely be back.

My family and I came to VT. for my residency/graduation from Norwich University, this was our second time here but we wanted to stay somewhere that we all could be together.
The condo was perfect, clean and we felt at home. Zach was very responsive and answered all 101 of my questions. No matter why your visiting this condo is perfect!!!! Will be adding this property to my favs. list for sure…..

Amazing re-do of this condo! The decor throughout the condo was superb! We all loved it! Each of the bedrooms were so neat, clean, the beds were welcoming with toss pillows, throw blankets and comforters. The beds were sooooo comfortable to sleep in!
The bathrooms were beautiful! Heated floors were a magical touch! Plenty of room for 7 of us. All the kitchen amenities were easily accessible. I enjoyed having my cup of tea on the back deck looking over the tennis courts. Very relaxing place to be!

We were a group of four friends who travelled to view the fall foliage. This property was even better than described. The house was all that we expected and much, much more. The furniture and decor were lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable and provided a good nights rest after a long day. The kitchen had all that was needed for a simple meal or a culinary delight. The owner was so easy to work with. We had one self made blip and Zachary was immediately available to set everything right.
If you are thinking of going to Vermont, don’t hesitate to book this home - we guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
