About this cottage rental
When you arrive at this quaint cottage, you will have found peace and tranquillity just minutes away from activities and entertainment. From every window (and the deck) you will view wooded lot - and wildlife and visits from Deer.
'Gingerbread Cottage' is ideally located on a hill just one and a half miles above the village of Fish Creek. Within minutes you can be at the waterfront, Peninsula State Park, Drive-In theater, Peninsula Players theater in the garden, restaurants and shops.
Inside the cottage you will find plenty of space for a large family or a get-together with friends. Two upstairs bedrooms share a bath and sleep six with two sets of bunk beds and two more twin beds.
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent bath. The greatroom has a wood burning fireplace and a dining area adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck gets plenty of sun amidst the dense foliage.
'Gingerbread Cottage' offers privacy, convenience and charm at a low introductory price.
We are dog friendly, we do charge pet fee of 25.00 per pet per day.

Wonderful cottage, everything as expected. Nice and warm too, even without the fireplace (which we loved using) the heat was doing a good job in sub zero temps. Clean, organized, charming touches, very cozy. Location is hard to beat. Great place to stay in Door County.

Everything was great! We got there and every was nice and clean and very homey feeling. It’s a nice secluded cabin in the woods which is exactly what we wanted! Thanks for the great time!

Perfectly cozy spot, an awesome home base for all the winter door county things. Really close to Peninsula State park so we got some cute hikes in, and nothing more gorgeous than getting snowed in! Looking forward to returning in other seasons :)

We love this neighborhood! Very quiet and close to Fish Creek. Make sure you bring your own towels. This is a more rustic stay. Difficult with young children who want to crawl around.
