This home offers amazing views of the gulf from just about every room in the house. Avalon by the Sea features tons of living space. This home has 2 king bedrooms on the first floor. Both of these rooms have bathrooms and gorgeous views of the ocean. On the next floor you will find the wide open kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a half bath. On the top floor, there are two gulf side king bedrooms, one with it's own private bath. There is also an additional sleeping area here that is perfect for children! There is a built in twin/twin bunk and an extra twin bed. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor of the home which is perfect for people that are out enjoying the pool area. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower as well. It is decorated beautifully with style and comfort all rolled into one. We had a good stay overall. The house was clean and comfortable, though it is a little worn and could use some freshening up. A few items could have been cleaner, such as throw blankets with visible stains.We had an issue with one of the HVAC units on the first morning, but the property management company was very responsive — they had someone out within 30 minutes, and the repair was completed in about an hour. We really appreciated how quickly they handled it.The refrigerator/freezer also had some trouble keeping items cold, and the ice maker was not working during our stay. Overall, though, the house worked well for us and management was very responsive.

Bedrooms were great- all Kong rooms with bathrooms. Great bunks for kids and a playroom!

We have stayed in this same house for several years and it has never disappointed. We have had small issues only a couple times and they were there very quickly and fixed the problem. Never anything major. We are staying again in 2027 as well.

Great property managers. Very responsive. Pool was much smaller than expected. MUCH SMALLER! About the size of a hotel hot tub. We felt the real value for the house was at least a third less than we paid. Maybe even half. Easy walk to the beach but not a lot of area to sit. When the waves are rocking, there's no beach to sit on. Unfortunately that was the case for us for half our stay.
