Welcome to 'San Dawg,' where the soft sound of the waves guides your stay. This beachfront property features a raised private pool with optional heating, direct access from the deck to the beach through a private walkway, and the added comfort of an *elevator serving all spacious levels, providing a peaceful getaway for up to 14 guests.

No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

We were a group of ten- six adults and four children. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at San Dawg. It is a beautiful space with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the ocean view and beach as well as the pool and the well designed home. We hope to be back next year.

This house was perfect for my big family. There were 9 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was fully stocked and in good condition. Loved the elevator, ice machine, and having tall chairs to see over the fencing was wonderful! It was also nice that the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. This is a house I would rent again!

I specifically rented the property for the elevator and heated pool; neither worked during my two week stay. I was not informed ahead of time that the elevator was broken so upon my arrival I had an unwelcome surprise. The ice maker was broken, several outlets are out of order and because of the lack of heat we did not have access to the pool. The dishwasher broke while we were there but I fixed that. Beautiful house, fantastic location, poor management.
