About this apartment rental
Completed in 2017 3 room ground floor apartment with terrace, garden, distant view and great feel-good factor.
The Alpenresidenz Bad Kohlgrub is a former hotel, which was extensively renovated in 2017 and redesigned with great attention to detail in a house with 24 condominiums.
Our apartment is located on the ground floor and has a terrace and private garden area. The apartment is spacious, very bright and high quality.
The largest room occupies the living area with a fully equipped, open kitchen. If necessary, the leather sofa in the living area can easily and quickly be converted into another double bed. Incidentally, in the living area you can use a large HD TV, a Blue-Ray and DVD player, as well as a stereo system and a small handbook on mountains and travel.
Both bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable box spring beds and cupboards with plenty of storage space. The larger of the two rooms also has a desk, another TV and access to one of the two bathrooms.
In order to use the weather on the terrace, you will find there a dining table with six chairs, a parasol, two sun loungers and a Weber charcoal grill.
Bicycles and skis or Snowboards can be accommodated in the bicycle cellar. In the separate laundry room is a combined washer-dryer.
The tranquil Bad Kolhgrub is beautifully situated between the Blauer Land and the Ammergau Alps and is an ideal starting point for hiking, climbing, swimming and skiing, as well as for cycling tours.
The local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, the Hörnle, is only 800m from our apartment and offers a wonderful view of the Wetterstein Mountains in the south and the Staffelsee in the northeast. Oberammergau, the Ettal Abbey and the Staffelsee are each excellent destinations for cycling or hiking tours and can be reached by car in 15 to 20 minutes.
