Beachside, newly renovated, directly across from Public Way 2. Unit offers 2 bedrooms, 1full bathroom, sleeps 5. The unit is walking distance to the Beautiful Wells Beach, Forbes Restaurant, ice cream, local shops, Roller Over Café, Love Shack Juicery, Boardwalk Arcade, playground, Billy's Chowder House and Batson River Brewery. Route One also has so much more to offer, Congdons Donuts, Congdons After Dark Food Trucks, the Steak House, Mikes Clam Shack and Hannaford Strip Mall.
We offer 2 car parking. The yard is fenced in with a grill, table with 6 chairs, beach toys and chairs for our guests.

Beach access couldn't have been more convenient, ample parking, quiet street, clean home, included plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, wagons, toys, hosts are incredibly nice and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again!

We just returned from a lovely stay in Wells Beach. The cottage is located very conveniently, a very short walk to public way 2 (2 minutes to the beach for an adult- with a 4 year old add five minutes). It’s also a quick walk to Forbes seafood and the shops there at mile road. The unit is definitely small, but it has everything you need and a lot of thoughtful touches that make up for the size- things like lots of hooks on the back of every door. The small backyard was perfect for a place to get some air and eat a meal, plus it was easy to leave beach things outside by the gate. There was an extra hanging rack to dry towels and bathing suits out there as well. Having a real bathtub was extremely helpful with young children. Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was compact but had all the things you need plus space in the cabinets for things you bring. There is no AC but lots of big windows provide a cross breeze and there were box fans provided, so I was comfortable even on the hottest day we were there. Communication with the owners was great. I would highly recommend this rental as long as you don’t need a lot of space to spread out.
