This renovated 3 bedroom and 1 Bath ranch surrounded with 19 bright and airy windows is located 1 short block to sandy Wells Beach. The stairs to the beach are a 2 minute walk from the house. Low tide provides an enormous sandy beach, perfect for long walks/runs or riding bikes.

We had a great stay. Location was excellet, house was clean, and perfect for our family! Host was very responsive and kind.

Our family has been spending a week or two at Wells for 35 years. The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed for our week. The grill and kitchen were put to good use and having a washer and dryer was essential. Paul and Lyndsay are very gracious hosts. Communication was prompt and accurate, answering all our questions within minutes. Looking forward to next year already.

Tastefully done homey beach house in quiet beach neighborhood. Everything you need at your fingertips, furniture and beds very comfy, well stocked kitchen , great bbque grill & very children friendly! Beach access just steps away and views spectacular. Owners were readily accessible, and quick to respond. VERY Friendly , accomodating and generous!Great place for R&R and we will visit this Maine destination again in the future. Always difficult to see a week away end, but we have many relaxing beach day memories in this fantabulous welcoming beach home ! Thank You to them for sharing....
