Forget everything around you and switch to vacation mode the moment you step foot onto this beachfront balcony. Located at the Playa Encantada condominium complex, this elevator accessible unit could not be any closer to the beautiful beach of Anna Maria Island.
Offering more than 2,000 square feet of living space, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom has an open kitchen - dining - living room floor plan and unforgettable sunset views from the balcony. Other amenities available exclusively to guests of Playa Encantada include a heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts and sauna.
The oversized master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, separate walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, and the third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom is available by access from both the hallway and queen bedroom and has a shower-tub combination. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a light breakfast to an full family dinner. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, a large smart TV and stay connected with free high speed WiFi internet throughout the condo.
Two reserved parking spots are available in the parking garage. A 2 week minimum stay is required by rules and regulations of Playa Encantada.

This was the best condo for the view of any we have stayed at. They also provided more starter items than any other condo which was a big plus! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The lockbox was difficult to use and there were some issues with the bedroom blinds in 2 of the bedrooms. There were a couple of electrical outlets in the kitchen that didn’t work, but luckily there were plenty that did work. We reported these issues to be resolved in between visitors. Please be aware that the Anna Maria Beach Resort is right next door and they play music from around 9 AM - early evening. We also experienced some smokers of both tobacco and marijuana during our second week. Luckily it wasn’t constant but I was unable to enjoy the balcony when they were smoking due to my allergies. Overall, it was a nice condo and our first week was perfect.

Great location with a deck that overhangs the beach sand!! Perfect view of sunsets sitting on the deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with what is needed to cook meals. Very comfortable beds with adjoining bathrooms. Loved condo layout. Only feedback is to update tv to allow for streaming, add/fix screen doors and update outside table.

Overall, a wonderful vacation rental. Ventilation/air flow should be checked in bedrooms, they often smelled a little musty. Mattresses could be updated. Would definitely rent here again!
