Stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, shampoo/conditioner, towels, soft sheets, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. If you prefer not to cook, there are great restaurants within walking distance. Just down the street, you will find Dose Coffee and Dram Bar, Mitchell's Deli (one of the best sandwich shops in America), Rudies (Seafood and Sausage Restaurant), The Village Pub and Fond Object record store.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown. We stayed for sx race, place is perfect for weekend stay in Nashville. House has good amenities and a lot of neighborhood shops and restaurants, we loved it!

My husband and I traveled with a friend from WI to TN for the St Jude Marathon. We had a wonderful stay! Things we liked the most: comfortable beds, pillows, and sheets. The desk in the queen bedroom was a nice touch. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with essentials and MORE! Lots of spices, dishes, some tupperware, and the refrigerator had an ice maker. The only thing missing was coffee filters for the 12c pot, but we made due. The kurig was working; it's just that my husband and I drink a lot of coffee and prefer the large pot. Having use of the garage was a nice. There was a threat of rain one night and we put the patio furniture in the garage to watch the storm.The patio and the patio set were nice, and the patio is shaded in the afternoon. We spent every night sitting out and enjoying the weather.The washer and dryer work, but the washer is LOUD! It sounded like it was going to break through the garage wall. Lol! But, the clothes were clean and the dryer worked...and was quiet.The neighborhood felt very safe. Kids out playing in the neighborhood. People walking their dogs all rimes of the day and night.The home is within walking distance of several places to eat and a beer garden that has daily happy hour. The home has a small footprint, but was perfect for us 3 adults. 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville and a public golf course. 1.5hrs from Cummins Falls State Park with hiking trails that lead to a waterfall and swimming hole. It was a great stay!
