We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for our activites for the weekend, including a visit downtown. The unit was clean and we felt safe. Plenty of parking for our group too! The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable; the pullout sofa was what you'd expect, tolerable but not comfortable.
Friday night we heard lots of noise from the unit directly above us, after 10 pm. Sounded like maybe kids running around. It finally quieted down around midnight.
Also, a full length mirror in the unit would be a plus!

We spent a quick weekend here and loved our stay. The building and unit were quiet, clean, and so comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

We were in Nashville to view apartments for my son. The stay here was stress free and perfect. Originally, the apartment search was in East Nashville which was why we chose this location.
Regardless, the cleanliness of the condo was refreshing. The keyless entry of the condo was another nicety as we didn't have to worry about keys or contacting someone for entry.
We were only there for two nights but would recommend this condo for those wanting to stay close to downtown but not exactly in downtown.

The actual condo met our needs and was nice. The beds were super comfortable! Location was great as well. Upon our arrival we checked through my check in email with codes etc.... This is a 3 level condo. I did not see the actual apartment number so I called the contact person in the email. This is the number and person they give you if you have any issues/concerns. It says to immediatly contact them upon arrival if there are any concerns. So I called the number and had to leave a message and stated I was there but did not know the apartment number so please call me back. After about 15 minutes with no call I rechecked the email and did find where it said the apartment number I had just missed it. So we entered our apartment and unpacked then sat down to relax. I then noticed that the thermostat was setup on a "schedule" and we could change it but it would then revert back to the set schedule. I called the contact person again, who at this point still had not called me back, and left another message that i was having an issue with the thermostat. This was at least 2 hours after my initial message. We then went to sleep and set the thermostat to 69 degrees as we like it cool at night. Well it switched itself to 76 degrees around midnight. I woke up the next morning to a text message from Debbie ( my guest contact) saying to give her a call when I got up. So I called her back about 10:30 and once again no answer! I have stayed at VRBO places for years. Always from an individual and the communication has always been excellent. I was leary about renting from a "business" instead of a local person and those worries proved to be true. Again I called and left a message saying i needed help to acess our room and never got a response back? If I did not find the info then i would of had no where to stay that night. In there messages they state to contact them immediatly uopn arrival with any issues. It is terrible customer service to get no response back. I even sent a message to Evole saying my contact person was not answering and the response i got back was to contact the person stated in the email??? So we went the whole time playing cat and mouse with the thermostat.
