About this house rental
Imagine sitting in your own private hot tub looking into the woods under a starlit sky, or even better, with snow gently sifting down. That’s Christmas in Winter Park!
We rent only at Christmas which is why you don’t see many reviews, but everybody who stays loves it.
3 BR (one king br, two queen br and one bonus loft bed) duplex on two levels. Secluded in the woods with no traffic or train noise yet conveniently located an easy 10 minute walk from town. Bus route for resort stops at the end of the drive.
Upper floor has a Queen (with private deck), kitchen and LR with fireplace along with a deck and BBQ grill. Fully equipped kitchen (even salt and ketchup if you like!)
Lower floor has King BR, Queen BR, and bunk with mud room entrance for coats and skis and snow.
Outside is parking for two cars and private hot tub in woods with unlimited starlight views.
I only rent my place out at Christmas and sometimes thanksgiving as I travel these days. This means I don’t build up much traffic and therefore not much on Vrbo metrics. Don’t let that sway you, my place is very nice.
This is a great place at a great price if you wish to build happy holiday memories in Winter Park the way that we have.

Just steps from the ski resort bus! We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s cozy 3-bedroom duplex. With five of us, there was plenty of space to relax comfortably. The ski bus picking up right at the bottom of the driveway was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot on parking. Jeff was a fantastic host and very accommodating and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend his home and would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy, well appointed, good location, clean but for a snafu with apparently a new cleaning person, which I trust will be corrected in the future.

Location was perfect. Hot tub was a wonderful finish to every day. Close to amenities yet felt like we were a world away on our own in the woods. Skiing home on the forest road everyday was an added plus.
