Located on beautiful Canandaigua Lake in Upstate New York this waterfront cottage is on Deep Run Cove a quiet private road just off East Lake Road four miles from the north end of the lake (Routes 5 & 20). Situated in a tranquil cove this property boasts quiet calm crystal clear water in the morning and spectacular evening sunsets. A short walk down this charming private road is Deep Run Park, a small public beach with life-guarded swimming.
This property has only 5 steps, as well as, a ramp leading to the cottage from the ample parking area. Once you are on cottage level there are no steps to enter from the roadside of the cottage allowing for easy accessibility.
The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, dining room, full bathroom with shower/bathtub and a bedroom furnished with a queen bed. The first floor also boasts a sunroom that provides a spectacular view of Canandaigua Lake. When you are not outside enjoying everything this cottage property has to offer the sunroom is bound to become your favorite room in the cottage.
The second floor has a ½ bathroom, and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with 2 twin beds each, with the remaining bedroom having a King size bed with ample room for a pack and play bed if need be.
This second generation family owned cottage has a level 50’ lot of pristine Canandaigua lakefront that is a perfect place to relax and unwind. With only 5 stairs leading into the lake, you can enjoy endless days of swimming, snorkeling or sunning out on the dock. If you enjoy fishing, our cove is a favorite for seasoned fishermen.
The cottage is 4 miles from Route 5 & 20 – so its close to everything….. Roseland Waterpark, CMAC, plenty of shopping including Wal-Mart for that last-minute 'anything' you forgot to pack, the famous Wegman's Grocery, the New York Wine and Culinary center, movies, fine dining, take-out restaurants, clothes shopping, gift shops, pharmacy, concerts, book stores, wineries, etc.
Driving a little further will take you to the Finger Lakes Racetrack and Casino.
If you prefer an afternoon of shopping, visit the Waterloo Premium Outlet Center for some fantastic bargains or visit the renowned Eastview mall (30 minutes away) where you will find many high end stores and of course many more restaurants.

We had a wonderful family vacation the lake was beautiful and the location was perfect. The cottage was very homey and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Danny was very nice to work.

Perfect locale for a family holiday - the cottage is completely fitted out with anything you will need including two kayaks and extra inflatables for the water, propane grill, portable fire pit (we loved it). The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view - the sunsets are beautiful. Not much shade so afternoons in direct sun can get warm - we just cooled off by enjoying another swim. The bedroom air conditioning was very nice to have. Plenty of parking which was nice when we had a few local guest over. We highly recommend this - especially for familys with water loving kids. Our vacation on the lake could not have been better and this home made our stay! It has all the amenities you might want plus more (fully equipped kitchen, picnic tables, chairs, umbrellas, gas grill, fire pit and a garage full of floating toys, kayaks etc.) Lake access is perfect - a dock or walk-in entry so all ages can easily swim.The location is private and off the busy road but also close enough to town for those grocery store trips.
The house is very comfortable and easily accommodates plenty of people. If we had any requests it would be to provide some towels since not all guests are local and can bring their own. The sun room is perfect for those hot or rainy days and the sunset views are spectacular.
We had challenges with our arrival due to flight delays and Danny & Deanna were very accommodating. We really enjoyed meeting them and it's clear they take pride in their home and taking care of their guests. We look forward to going back every summer!!

Absolutely gorgeous home with plenty of amenities. We were met by Dan and Deanna when we arrived . The garage has plenty of outdoor activities and toys for the kids to enjoy. Inside is wonderful with a sun room overlooking the lake. There are indoor games like cards and board games so you will always have something to do. The renovated bathroom is beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space and very comfortable beds. The backyard is perfect for relaxing and cooking (brand new BBQ) as well as fishing. They had any kitchen appliance you would ever need and everything worked extremely well. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! We are planning to come back to visit annually and Dan will be the first person we call!
