This quaint studio cottage is located just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Saugatuck. While this rental is small in size it offers a comfortable and relaxing feel for one to two guests. The living/sleeping space has a queen futon couch/bed and flat screen TV. The kitchenette provides a mini fridge, microwave and two burner stove and seating area for two. Don't miss your opportunity to be just a short walk from the center of it all. Due to the historic nature of the property, and for the health and safety of guests, neighbors and owners, this property is STRICTLY NO PETS.

Our 2nd stay, we love it here. The cabin is perfect for just the 2 of us, and everything is a short walk. We will definitely be back.

It was a very nice house, in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown Saugatuck. The parking was a nice bonus. The owner answered all of my questions. Would definitely go back.
