Location, Location, Location. Great condo located in the heart of Saugatuck, across from the Ship 'n Shore Motel. Our home will make you feel at home. It is warm, comfortable and an important part of your memorable vacation. We have off street parking, a yard to sit back and people watch from, or a balcony to enjoy a relaxing evening. We rent short and long vacations! Besides all of the amenities Saugatuck offers, Holland and beautiful state parks are less than 20 minutes away. South Haven, another great lake shore town is twenty minutes south and the high speed ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon is an hour drive north. Please come and stay in our home. Cute place that’s exactly as described. It was very clean, stocked enough for our needs, and the bed was really comfy! Having a designated parking spot even though it’s a tight parking lot is super helpful since the street parking gets really busy. We love the fact that we were so close to everything and could walk to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location if you're planning to visit downtown Saugatauk, Mt. Baldhead, Oval Beach, Holland, and Fennville Winery. We booked the place to attend the tulip time festival from May 1-3, 2026.The place was cozy and clean, and it was stocked with the basic amenities and toiletries needed. I had to contact the host because we arrived at night from Chicago and I tried to access the wrong unit. This was entirely my error, but the host was very responsive even at that late hour and provided support.I would book this place again. It is well-deserving of an "Excellent" rating.
