Affectionately known as the Swanky King Suite, this intimate retreat is part of a beautifully restored historic building and offers couples the perfect place to relax after exploring all that Saugatuck has to offer.
The suite blends historic character with modern comfort, featuring 10-foot ceilings, cork floors, an exposed brick accent wall, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. French doors open to a charming outdoor seating area with a table and two chairs — the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink while enjoying the energy of downtown Saugatuck and the nearby harbor.
The suite includes:
• Comfortable king-size bed
• Private bathroom with walk-in shower and granite vanity
• Cozy sitting area with loveseat and two swivel chairs
• Large-screen HDTV with cable, viewable from both the bed and sitting area
• High-speed WiFi
• Mini refrigerator
• Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided
• Remote-controlled heating and air conditioning
• Fanaway ceiling fan
Small patio table and 2 chairs to enjoy late night drink or morning coffee.

I loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. Marta was very responsive and very generous leaving a nice assortment of treats for me upon arrival. The location is is perfect, right downtown with everything in walking distance.

Great long weekend. Location is perfect for walking around Saugatuck and enjoying the shops, restaurants, bars or parks. The place is comfortable, cozy and clean.

What a perfect location!.. Even sitting on the sofa, you have clear view of the water. The excellent food at the Butler is across the street, and most of the shops and bars downtown are a block or two away. Second year we've visited the free silent disco at the city event center. The property is a comfortable home-away-from-home that we thoroughly enjoyed for a 3 day weekend.

Had a wonderful time and comfortable stay in the Swanky King. The snacks were a welcomed surprise. We felt like we were staying in a Bohemian Bungalow.
