About this apartment rental
Apartment Normanni Unit 1 offers all the comforts for a nice and relaxing family holiday.
It is far enough from the busiest area and summer crowd but still close enough to enjoy the beach and the sea (only 2 minutes walk with direct access!).
The apartment is located on the first floor of a brand new house. It is has it's own independent entrance and is provided with all you need, including air conditioning, to spend a relaxing time in a quiet environment!
The apartment is composed of a living room/dining room with a kitchen corner, one matrimonial bedroom and a full bathroom with shower enclosure. The living room is provided with a sofa bed which can be used to have 2 more sleeping places.
Just outside the apartment, a nice terrace will be the perfect place to spend your afternoon reading a book or having your breakfast while enjoying the landscape and the view over the pool!
Also, from mid June to end of September, you will have free access to the Swimming Pool! A free and mostly sandy Beach is just at 2 minute s walking with direct access on a private path! You can't be closer!
The closest town is Campofelice, some bars and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk and all other amenities such as supermarkets, town center, bakery, other bars & restaurants, ice cream shops are at within 3Km or 20-30 minutes walk.
Cefalù is at only 10 minutes driving and Palermo is at 30 minutes. Both can be also reached by train, the train station is at 3Km.
The place, being at the center of the northern coast, is also ideal if you wish to visit other parts of Sicily as you can make many day trips over Sicily! The main motorway junction is at ONLY 5 KM from the villa. This will allow you to organize many daily excursion to most places over the island such as the Etna, Agrigento, Siracusa, Messina, Trapani, Catania.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it’s a nice appartement, however the sofa is not very comfortabele) apart from that all was good. Close to the beach, nice swimmingpool and the appartement is clean (great shower). The owners are very kind, thank you Francesca!
