About this villa rental
Ancient Villa dated back to 1400, situated 18 Km from Florence centre and 40 minutes drive to the airport. Located near the village of Fiesole the Villa with its 12 air conditioned bedrooms of different composition can sleep till 37 people. Surrounded by a well equipped garden of approx 4300 sqm includes a beautiful private swimming pool (14 X 7 m, deep 1.20-1.70 m) set in panoramic position. Available also a barbecue and a pizza oven to enjoy wonderful al fresco dinners and pizza parties.
The specious Bedrooms with panoramic view, are very well equipped, some with living room areas, have comfortable high mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer, satellite TV, minibar, safe, air-conditioning.
The main Villa includes 3 Classic Bedrooms, 2 Superior Bedrooms, and 2 deluxe Suite on the first floor, while in the courtyard there are other 5 Classic Bedrooms.
Big living room areas in the main villa one with fireplace, Sat TV, one kitchen at disposal of the guests, one other living area that can be used for meetings.
Private parking available, Manager on the spot for assistance and daily maid service. The Villa is rented on a base of Bed and Breakfast and Cook is at disposal of guests for lunch and dinner.
The Villa is the ideal spot for events, parties and wedding celebrations.
Children are welcome, baby cot and high chair at disposal and free of charge. Pets on request.
