This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house sleeps up to 8 guests and is 90 minutes from Toronto, has large principal sun filled rooms and comes equipped with high speed internet access, satellite television, dishwasher, air conditioning, cathedral ceilings, washer/dryer, fireplace, lakeside firepit 2 large decks, and parking to accommodate several cars.
Casino Rama is nearby, offering nightly entertainment, concerts and shows, 10 restaurants, and a sports bar. Ski hills within 20 minutes. Within Orillia you'll find a charming downtown, movie theatre, restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one.

All adult guests must be 30 years of age or older
Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. Cats and other animals are not allowed.

In order to finalize a reservation one guest per group must sign the host's rental agreement and return to host.
At any time during your stay the total number of day and/or overnight guests using the property can not exceed the number of guests listed on the owner's rental agreement, unless authorized in writing by owner.

We were 7 adults staying for a week and there was more than enough room. Its so nice to stay at a property (and I have stayed at a lot over the world) where its obvious its also used by the owner. All the little touches that make it feel more like a home and lived in. You feel like you are in the heart of cottage country but are close enough to the town. There is nothing you can walk to in the way of shops or restaurants. The owner is super helpful and provides lots of information. The kitchen is well equipped, with all cleaning supplies and equipment which is great as I do like to clean up and leave it all neat and tidy. We really enjoyed out stay, thank you

We had a lovely week away at this cottage. Every morning we took a stroll with our dog and 18 month old down to the end of road to look at the other cottages. The view was lovely with some great sunsets. Big spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and the host was easy to connect with if/when needed.
We would definitely return when the weather is a bit warmer so we could spend some time in the water.

Lovely property and a beautiful view of the Lake. Cottage is set up very nicely, most of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and we were able to stick the toddler & baby upstairs (away from any noise in the main living space). The beach was amazing for toddlers. Clinton (the owner) was great!
