A spectacular 4 seasons, lakefront home on beautiful Lake Couchiching only 90 minutes from Toronto, just north of Webers Burgers on hwy 11, north of Orillia and south of Gravenhurst. This beautifully newly furnished 2-story home has spectacular views from the deck and waterfront, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), gorgeous family room with 60” large screen TV, High-Speed Internet and fireplace, games room with Fooze Ball and Large Screen TV, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishes and outdoor natural gas BBQ. Beautiful, clear, shallow water, perfect for small children. Canoe, paddle boat and brand new 30’ dock, for your enjoyment.
Treat yourself to one of Casino Rama's great shows or a theatre play at the Orillia Opera House. Great location - only minutes from Casino Rama and downtown Orillia. Visit Santa's Village in Bracebridge or Horseshoe Valley for ziplining, rock climbing and ogo balling in the summer or skiing (downhill & x-country), tubing or snowshoeing in the winter. Enjoy the fall colours, the changing season is absolutely stunning. This winter wonderland is also filled with activities such as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing. Book a weekend, a couple of days or a week of fun and relaxation with family or friends. Lots to do, lots to see. Book now and take advantage of the discount rates. We have a minimum 2-day rental (3 on long weekends and 3 during July and August) and a $150 cleaning charge which includes complete linen bedding change, fresh towel supply and basic house cleaning for your arrival. Note that for your safety the linens will be left at the foot of the bed so that you can be assured they are clean.
$500 security/damage deposit required upon booking which will be promptly refunded upon departure inspection.

We enjoyed our stay at Hostaville very much. The cottage was wonderful and perfectly suitable for us as Grandparents and our two Grandsons-ages 11&9. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The lake was great-we all enjoyed the view, the fishing and the paddle boat. Communication with the owner was great and quite responsive. Overall a wonderful experience and we would recommend to others.

I had a lovely stay here for 5 nights with my family. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed The internet was fast and reliable. The host was quick to respond when we did have a question, and they checked in through the app to see how we were doing, but otherwise left us to ourselves. It’s a quiet, peaceful place and was a great relaxing break by the water.

A beautiful property; loved the design and layout of the house. A great location! But our stay was too short! We will recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Good points: 1. Nice property on lake with deck. 2. Kitchen was good.Negative points: 1. Upon check-in, the main fridge was not working due to a power failure. We had to figure out how to reset it. 2. The ad stated it included a Basic Rogers cable tv service and we had to call for help to get it working. It was not Rogers. Spent 3-4 hours trouble-shooting to watch some basic news and baseball. TV in basement games room did not function at all. Suggest owner provide proper instructions on TV and remotes functionality. 3. Upstairs gas fireplace did not work and no operational instructions provided. 4. Bathroom showers on both levels were wrongly labelled; hot was cold and cold was hot. 5. Unable to properly open and close windows. 6. Sliding door in Primary bedroom had a sign on it stating "do not open". This was a huge inconvenience as we could not enjoy the fresh lake air. 7. All basement areas and rooms contained a large mold and mildew smell. One bedroom had a special dehumidifier but was not able to turn the unit on. Both my partner and I have gotten very sick for the last two days of the visit. My partner had a hard time breathing from the mold issue. Highly recommend this rental be investigated for the mold issue as mold can be a viral medical issue. Our Doctor recommended this statement be included in this review. 8. For the price paid to stay here, we should not have had to deal with all these issues.
