Beautiful cosy cottage stay

Loved everything about our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, and the views were simply stunning. The whole cottage was spotless and tidy. The beds were soooooo comfy we all absolutely loved our nights sleeps, it was so peaceful. The cotrage had everything we needed, we were even happy to find we could watch Netflix which meant our little boy still got to watch his programmes! The cottage was always lovely and warm whenever we came back from days out.

A little gem

Lovely little cottage close to Keswick. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. The views are gorgeous and the beds really comfy. Will definitely stop again next time we're visiting family. Thank you

The Location, The Views, The Home👌🏽😍

The Location with the surrounding mountains is absolutely perfect. The home is so beautifully laid out, on arrival the heating was already on and the cottage lovely and warm (attention to detail👌🏽) keys were easily found in the lock box next to the front door. The Upstairs bedroom gives you breathtaking morning views of Skiddaw mountain and Bassenthwaite Lake. Met one of the owners while loading the car who was very pleasant Sadly ran out of time so didn’t get to write in the guestbook but we will be back 100 percent in the New Year

A hidden gem!

The property was absolutely spotless, facilities were fantastic and hosts were perfect making my partners birthday extra special adding balloons, a lovely card and chocolate. The location was stunning, couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, we will 110% be staying here when we visit Keswick again!

A peaceful and beautiful sanctuary, surrounded by the most stunning scenery

The accommodation in terms of location, cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Each room was very tastefully decorated, maintaining the character of the house. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms were warm when you needed them to be and all of the cupboards fully stocked with crockery, glasses, pots and pans. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I honestly can't say that there would be anything else that the hosts needed to include.

Beautiful house, very close to town.

The house is very comfortable and very well preserved. Super clean rooms & lot's of books to learn about the lake district. I stayed at the top floor and it was a beautiful experience.

There's a small barn right outside the main kitchen window which unfortunately ruins the beautiful views you'd otherwise have. It would be nice to have access to the gardens (unless there's something I didn't see in instructions)

Glorious Property with Fantastic Views and good location a short distance from Keswick centre.

Size of property was great! Both bedrooms very pleasant and super comfy beds. Views were gorgeous! Lovely and quiet, and enjoyed the local produce the neighbour sold. Defo recommend this property!

The perfect place to relax from the city bustle and enjoy the beauty of the Lake District

We spent 3 wonderful days in a house near Bassenthwaite Lake and Derwentwater, not far from Keswick. The place is ideal for a quiet family holiday - the windows overlook the lake and mountains, and around there is only silence and nature. The house is clean, well-kept and equipped with everything you need: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water and heating work perfectly. The internet is stable, there is a parking space near the house. The location is very convenient - Keswick is a few minutes by car, and wonderful walking routes start nearby.

Perfect cottage for a stay in the lakes

Beautiful cottage, immaculately clean. Had everything you could possibly need. Owners were very helpful when we arrived as I had lost my phone and therefore all the info for key safe etc. They attended immediately and let us in. Great value for money.. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous and breathtaking stay.

Clean which was our main concern. Good location, quiet, green and breathtaking overlooking the mountains, lake, sheep. It was fantastic. Facilities were well equipment. Managed to do our laundry and drying in time before leaving the place. Highly recommend to stay.

SCAM AND FRAUD

We booked this property on booking.com and got scammed with wrong address and a fake phone number which no one responded to. We arrived there just to realise it is someone else’s residence and stranded. We had to book another property and find ourselves a place to stay, were very disappointed. Please avoid this place at all cost.

It was Heaven at the Haven !!!

Amazing Location of an exceptional property. Serene and Peaceful Place. The views from the house are just awesome. Witnessing Sunrise and Moonrise on a rear clear skies of Lake District was just Blissful. Bedroom in the Attic and view from its roof window is out of the world experience on starry night. Returned with awesome memories and hope to return soon.

Only thing we hated that we had planned only 2 days here. Next time the stay will be much longer.
