The location is excellent. Near restaurants and walkable to main sites, metro and bus station. Took bus from airport and it was the last stop. And then took metro to airport (had 1 change).Comfortable place to stay and clean and the decor is nice. I love the mini kitchen, there are crockeries provided and kettle. Clear instructions given about using facilities and hot water.
The door lock needs to be changed. The door is very tricky to open, had to try different ways to turn the key to unlock the door. The video does not show how to unlock.
The salad we put in the fridge got frozen. Wall clock not working, perhaps needs battery changed.
And perhaps a proper barrier installed between the shower floor and the toilet floor. If this minor changes are sorted. It will be a ten for me.

Privileged location - calm, yet only a couple of steps away from excellent restaurants and cafes, and an easy walk to all the main sights, shops and lively areas. Tidy apartment. Exceptional proactive communications.

Great location, close to everything but in a quiet street. It was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The hosts were super helpful and made sure we had all the info we needed in advance. Had everything we needed for a comfortable break.
The walls are very thin so you can hear the people in the apartment next door and the hallway as if they’re in the same room. People coming in late at night or getting up early is noisy.
Unfortunately the bathroom had a bit of a drainage odour.
