Everything was explained simply and easy to understand. From the lock box to entery into the flat. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The location was great. There was a coffee machine
I was expecting a seperate bedroom so maybe I read the information incorrectly. Cockroaches. You had to walk through shower to go to the toilet.

Close to the center. Peaceful..Otherwise as on pictures..
As a fire station chief, I consider this apartment to be extremely dangerous from a fire safety perspective. The only means of escape from the apartment is via a wooden staircase. If there is smoke on the ground floor or in the staircase, it would be impossible to escape from the apartment. The windows face an inner courtyard that is not easily accessible, even with a ladder. There is also a noticeable sewer smell in the apartment. When using the shower, water spreads across the bathroom floor, and the shower drain is extremely slow.
