Family friendly apartment, in a quiet location. Host was very welcoming (J is the best), and made the checkin/checkout process very smoothly.
Some bathroom facilities were missing (like soap trays).

Location is good The staff were average except Mr Germanian was very nice
The washing machine was not working and they didn’t fix it until we left, I stayed 13 nights The shower accessories were broken and left without change The curtains of the living room were very bad

Location close to Marylebone and Marble Arch stations; 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Ground floor apartment; toiletries included in price
Minor issues: towels were very small; main bathroom shower needs shelf; no milk; need instructions for closest convenience store/offlicence
