Luca is very nice person and the hotel is close to both bus station and garibaldi square.
Some neigbours were Noia noisy.

10min walk from the station.
Clean and good AC.
Decent for solo traveller.
The host is very helpful too.
The shower is not consistent in supplying hot water.

The host was pleasant. When the elevator proved unreliable she carried my heavy bag up to the room. She also let me check out late. The room was modern enough and included a small terrace, though it was too hot to use.
It was located at the end of a dark, filthy rundown street. Not a lot of people around, just saw one rat. I didn’t go out after dark. Also, the linens and towels were not washed properly. I wondered if they even used soap. The bed, pillows and sheets all smelled badly, as did the common area.
