Luca is very nice person and the hotel is close to both bus station and garibaldi square.
Some neigbours were Noia noisy.

10min walk from the station.
Clean and good AC.
Decent for solo traveller.
The host is very helpful too.
The shower is not consistent in supplying hot water.

Room itself was tidy, good value for money.
Great location - short walking distance to Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi if you plan on basing yourself in Naples for day trips to Pompeii/Sorrento etc
Host was very friendly on check in.
The building itself was quite run down - however the bed and breakfast itself quite modern. When I first arrived the lobby of the accommodation smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke however this didn’t seem to last. Location is out a bit more than I expected but that’s my own fault for not doing more research.
Would have liked more specific instructions on how to locate the property, due to the address name I assumed it was above the coffee shop next door and had to find someone to help me buzz the apartment.
