CASA MARINA

Das Ambiente der Unterkunft war sehr charmant, schön dekoriert. Sie war sauber und es war alles da was wir brauchten. Sieht so wie auf den Fotos aus. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte ausgezeichnet. Im Bad war kein Schimmel oder ähnliches. Alles sehr gepflegt! Am Smart TV konnte man mit seinem eigen Account Netflix schauen. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, im Eingangsbereich, mit einer Kaffeemaschine und einen Teekocher sowie Tee und Kaffee zum selbst zubereiten. Zudem ist sie sehr gut zentral gelegen, ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof.

Mehr Handtuchaufhängungen im Bad wären praktisch.

The location is 7 minutes walk from the central station. In the area of ​​shops and supermarkets. The room is new, well maintained and very, very clean. Small but compact and has everything you need. The owners are available and provide real-time responses. Excellent value for money

The bed was very comfortable and smooth, very clean and spatious room. Definitely choosing this stay again when we come back to Napoli.

Couldn't leave our backpacks in the room after the checkout, but it was not such a big deal.

Location of Casa Marina - 7/10 - in 6-8 min you are at the metro station Galibardi, same distance to Central Station where buses from the aero port are coming/leaving, ATENTION to the fact that next to the train station are a lot of shady people, homeless and very noisy refugees Breakfast- 2/10 - host is offering vouchers for coffee and a croissant( this is the usual “breakfast” offers by B&B in Italy) to a coffee point located IN THE CENTRAL STATION- quality mediocre. Customer service of the host- 0/10- basically after our arrival (we arrived around 5:30pm and the room was not ready “because we mentioned 6:00pm and the host told us to wait ) absolutely no word from miss Marina. On the last day we wanted to stay until 12:00 because our flight was earlier in the day and the water was extremely bad with rain and thunderstorm miss Marina invited us to leave without carrying where our guests are going- in that day with storm outside :)- she was insisting that checkout is at 10:00 and cleaning is needed asap - counting that on the first day room was not done at 5:30pm. Mediocre services for Naples, mediocre place
