Sugar Beach Bungalow is a newly renovated three bedroom home in the Bid-a-wee Beach neighborhood. The home is located in the central part of Panama City Beach close to many restaurants and activities.
Located just across the street from the beautiful blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the home features a oversized screened in porch with a large seating area so you can sit, relax, and enjoy the views. The beach across from the home is owned by Bid-a-wee Beach and has private gated access so the beach won't be overcrowded from the public or the high-rises in the area.
The three bedrooms in the home are beautifully decorated in tasteful beach decor, with bright colors and reclaimed furniture to give each room a comfortable, homey atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds, with the third bedroom having a full bed.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and beautiful new cabinetry. The house also features an oversized laundry room that is perfect for storing all of your beach gear; there's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach!

Great location! Clean cute and wonderful location for the beach. It would be nicer if the furniture was a little more comfortable and the space for the toilets are tiny. Our family enjoyed our stay and costumer service was excellent!

Overall it is a cute little house right on Front Beach road. Can walk to many restaurants, putt putt, race track and of course the beach. The house is older but very well kept up. The hot water in the outside shower works for washing sand off. There are some weeds growing around the house but to us that wasn't a big deal. Mgmt company was a bit difficult to deal with but ended up the house and our stay was lovely.

Beach was right across the street and the gated acess was nice, that made the beach not too crowded. We could see the ocean from the screened porch.
Needed kitchen towels and dish clothes, there were plenty of towels and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

None of the exterior doors are able to be locked.
All of the air vents in the ceiling are covered in black mold. The outdoor shower is inoperable so when you come back from the beach you can not wash off the sand. The master shower cold water side is very hard to turn off where it will stay off. The only access to the master bedroom is through the 2nd bed room
