About this apartment rental

Surrounded by pine and aspen trees at the quiet, west end of town, just off Main Street, this well appointed condo is only blocks from the heart of downtown Frisco. It is adjacent to Ten Mile Creek and just steps away from the Free Summit Stage bus stop, a 10 minute trip to Copper Mountain. The location off the west Frisco exit on I-70 avoids the congestion of the Highway 9 exit.

This condo is tastefully decorated and has a cozy mountain feel. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and it sleeps 5 adults comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, very large closet with plenty of hooks and shelves, and a private full bath. Sliding glass doors take you out to the deck with adirondack chairs and an electric grill. The deck has views of Mount Royal.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet.

The main living area has a HD Smart TV, Sonos sound bar, high speed wifi (600/37 mbps) and gas fireplace. The couch is a pull-out with a comfortable mattress.

The entry way has a bench, hooks and shelving for easy storage of gear. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is a coffee grinder, cuisinart coffee maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers.
A washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided) adds to your convenience.

The Lodge at Riverbend is on a private road, within easy walking distance to trails and downtown Frisco. There is a reserved covered parking spot as well as a locked storage area for your skis or bikes. There is an additional reserved parking spot outside.

The unit is one flight up and there is an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, HOA rules state no pets!

The building only has 17 units, most part-time, so you will likely have the outdoor hot tub to yourselves. There is a yoga mat, exercise ball & foam roller in the unit.

A pathway behind the building leads to Ten Mile Creek. The Summit Rec Path is a block away. Whole Foods and Safeway in Frisco are only 5 minutes away.

Sorry, no long term rentals in the peak seasons.

The Town of Frisco has a noise ordinance policy & this condo is in a quiet building. If you like to party, please don't book. Thank you!
