Our remodeled, comfortable, spacious (about 1000 square foot), beautifully furnished Condo is perfectly located on Main street in Frisco at the base of Mount Royal.

The master bedroom has wonderful Log furniture with a queen bed, TV and is attached to a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen futon bed, a queen Murphy bed, a private full bathroom, TV, DVD player and its own Kitchenette including a refrigerator!
With fresh paint, maple hardwood flooring and beautiful newly remodeled bathrooms, brand new kitchen and appliances including a convection oven it feels like a brand-new place!!
From the balcony and the master bedroom you have gorgeous views of Mount Royal with the bike path right in front of you. Within easy walking distance are lots of restaurants and shopping, a few minutes driving will get you to world class skiing. (Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin, Loveland).

But best of all - the FREE shuttle bus stops right in front of the building and takes you anywhere you want to go in Summit County.

The condo has a good location and was well stocked for our stay. We did have problems with the electronic door lock and tried to contact someone to help us enter the property, left a message but never received a call back. Eventually we figured out how to use this particular lock properly. The instructions were not completely accurate. Better instructions would be helpful for those who do not have experience with many different electronic door locks. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

My friends and I visited for a group ski trip and absolutely loved the apartment. It's located in close proximity to a number of major ski mountains and is within walking distance of the free bus stop. We also enjoyed a number of great restaurants and bars within a short drive to downtown Frisco. The community sauna was also a nice touch. Paul was very responsive to all questions as well. Awesome place to get away and I look forward to coming back for the next ski trip

The 2 bedrooms each with a bath was a great plus. The condo is very well stocked. Appreciate having a garage as well. I am unable to ski but my son who is in the military skiied all but one day we were there and his girlfriend joined us for part of the time.

The condo was recently remodeled and it shows! Everything worked out perfect for us. Paul was very responsive to questions. Parking was underneath the building so the snow didn't get the vehicle messy. Copper Mountain was only a few miles down the road, easy! We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the Frisco/Copper Mountain area and this one is fantastic! Excellent communication with the owner and very easy check-in. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and are beautiful! Everything was super clean and literally stocked with anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are perfect, with enough room for our 2 teenagers to share a room and still enough room for them to spread out and relax. The fireplace is perfect for warming up the ski boots! The location is great, within walking distance to Main St and the Summit Stage bus stop is directly in front of the building. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and we love it. The condo is nice and cozy and the location in Frisco is perfect of skiing Copper Mountain. Its a nice and quiet area within walking distance to the shops on Main St. Frisco. We plan on staying here again next year for our family ski trip.

This was such a convenient location - less than 10 minutes from Copper Mountain and everything you needed in Frisco within a 5 minute drive (ski equipment rental, Walmart, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, restaurants and so much more). Pros: - Location - Unit size (felt spacious) - Toiletries (don't know if they have this all the time but had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower) - Quaint clubhouse just a floor down with indoor hot tub (that was always empty when we went) - Covered garage parking with ski equipment locker Cons: - Walls were a little thin (could hear the next door neighbor snoring from the back bedroom; ended up keeping the bathroom fan on all night for white noise) - Bedding (some of the sheets were really rough but found some soft ones in the closet and used those instead; also had a really thick memory foam pad on top of the regular mattress that we temporarily removed since it wasn't comfortable to us) All in all, we'd stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to catch the Copper Mtn shuttle right in front of the building. Kitchen and baths were spotless and comfortable furniture. Only minor complaint was the high speed jets in the building hot tub didn't work but it was still a good place to soak tired muscles. It was exactly what we needed for our 3 day ski trip and Paul's instructions made arrival and departure effortless. We would definitely return.

Really enjoyed the unit! We had five in our group, plus visitors in and out, and had plenty of room. Had up to 14 at one point eating a meal and had plenty of space. Very clean, as advertised, beds comfy too. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, right on bus route. Covered parking was nice and ski locker helped too. Nice view off balcony, nice hot tub and small clubhouse area. Everything as advertised, would recommend and will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo centrally located in Frisco. With mountain views from the back porch and bedroom plus all the amenities of home you'll never want to leave! My husband and Father in law enjoyed several ski days while I relaxed with our 5 month old daughter. The condo was very well stocked with laundry & kitchen supplies. The fireplace kicks off good heat, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. We also enjoyed the hot tub & sauna in the club house (a very short walk from the condo). An added bonus was the parking spot in the covered garage and ski locker to store our equipment. The owner is very friendly and easy to get a hold of, though we didn't have any questions or concerns during our stay. The instructions and rules he provided were clear and easy to understand. We hope to stay here again for our next ski trip, we absolutely loved this condo!

Our family of two adults and two teenage sons stayed here and skied Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Parking was easy, access to mountains convenient (definitely do the free airport parking and Red Route bus to Breck), and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owner was readily available for an issue we had with our key (our fault), which was really nice. One of the best parts about this condo is that things like toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels were all well stocked, so there was no need to buy things like that for a short stay! There were plenty of bathroom towels also. The bedroom with queen mattress has a memory foam topper, which was really comfy. The two queen beds in the second room were perfect for two guys who don't like to sleep in the same bed, and would easily sleep four kids who don't mind sharing beds. Expect a little noise to come from the condo above, especially if there are little kids clomping around in ski boots. This was not bothersome enough to go up and ask for them to keep it down - but don't expect perfect quiet. The clean air and beauty of being in "High Country" more than made up for any bit of noise. We walked into town to a brew pub - about a mile to 7th street - for dinner one night. There is a bus, and you could time it right so you could use that without a lot of waiting around. Frisco has come a long way since the 90s!

The unit itself was well equipped. Unfortunately, not only can you hear I70 from the deck, but you can also hear the neighbors going to the bathroom, talking and walking around the unit on top of this one. The fireplace is actually a real fire hazard. We could not keep it on for fear the couch would melt because it's positioned so close. Since we were visiting from out of state and had two feet of snow while we were there, it would've been nice to have the fireplace on. We would not stay at this unit again.
