Elegance in Paradise in a Beautiful Beachfront Condo on the "quiet side" of PCB

Kickback and relax while you enjoy your vacation getaway, a long weekend, or your winter stay in our beautiful, spacious, 1-bedroom condo. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor, in a family-oriented complex and is right on the beach in the Mariner West complex, on the "quiet side" of Panama City Beach. It has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our beautiful 1-bedroom condo will make you feel right at home, with its fully equipped large kitchen, snack bar, dining area, and large living room. There are 2 full bathrooms - 1 bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower, plus we also have a laundry room with a washer & dryer. There are 2 queen size beds in the bedroom with Beauty Rest mattresses and a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. It is completely furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay and is located right on the Gulf, just minutes away to St. Andrew Bay State Park, night clubs, great restaurants, golf courses, amusement parks, water sports rentals, and everything else that the Panama City Beach area has to offer.

The Living room is very spacious and comfortable with a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, and a comfy leather chair and a swivel chair. You can see the gulf and the pool right from the living room or while you are relaxing on the private patio. There is a 65" flat screen Smart TV with cable in the living room. The snack bar faces the large and fully equipped kitchen, including full sized appliances, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, lots of cookware, toaster, regular coffeemaker & also a Keurig, crock pot, blender - everything you need and it's right next to the beautiful "mirrored" dining room with space for 4.

All linens are provided (except your beach towels) and there is also an iron and ironing board in the bedroom closet.

The bedroom has a 43 " flat screen TV w/cable, mounted on the wall, two queen size beds, and an adjoining full-sized bathroom. There is also another full-sized bathroom across from the kitchen. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and bath linens.

No more using a coin operated washer and dryer to do your laundry because this condo also has its own laundry room. There may be a few adult beach chairs in the laundry room for you to use during your stay.

You will feel very much at home here and will enjoy the extra room whether there are just two of you or a family of six. We put your comfort, relaxation, and needs in mind when we redecorated and furnished this condo.

An extra plus is no waiting for elevators because it is on the 1st floor, which makes it so much easier when you need to go back to the condo to grab something you forgot to take to the pool or the beach or when you go shopping and are unloading your things.

The complex has a large swimming pool, as well as a shuffleboard court, a tennis court, a pickle ball court, and a pool table. There are also Gas BBQ grills on the sun deck area and picnic tables adjacent to the pool. The pool has lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs.

It's not far from Pier Park shopping and many great eating areas, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park. Or, if you are adventurous - rent wave runners or pontoon boats, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, boat tours, moped rentals, surfing, snorkeling, diving, St. Andrew Bay Park is close by, miniature and regular golf, close to restaurants and night life, and much more!

When you arrive, you will find that Mariner West is centrally located and is within walking distance or a short drive to the many wonderful and exciting things to see and do in the Panama City Beach area.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday, by the week only, beginning May 31 through August 2.
