About this villa rental
Located in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes, Costa Brava, Villa Alta Vista is the perfect retreat for a luxurious holiday. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and an elevator connecting all three floors, including the pool area, making it wheelchair accessible.
From the elegant entrance hall, you’ll access a beautifully decorated living room with a dining area and direct access to a terrace featuring an outdoor dining table, sunshades, and breathtaking sea views. The living room includes a 52" Smart TV with a Netflix account included. Outside, there’s a built-in BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including an automatic coffee machine for fresh beans and a Nespresso machine. A connected storage room houses a washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate courtesy toilet on this floor.
LOWER FLOOR
- master bedroom: double bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a private dressing room.
- second bedroom: two single beds put together (180x200), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, single sofa bed, and private balcony.
- third bedroom: double bed (160cmx200cm).

All bedrooms offer stunning views of the pool and sea, and electric shades provide extra comfort.

OUTDOOR SPACES: RELAX & INDULGE
Enjoy the outdoor area, complete with a large semi-salted pool (10x3m), sun loungers, a Balinese bed, and a lounge area with an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool has an undeep platform, ideal for kids. Everything is designed to help you unwind and soak up the Mediterranean vibe!
PRIVATE CLUB & NEARBY BEACH
During your stay, you’ll have access to the private club in the bay, which includes a large pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a bar, and a playground for kids. You’ll also have a remote control for free parking at the private lot near the beach.
The beautiful Cala Sant Francesc beach is just a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away, where you can park for free. This sandy beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona," showers, and a lifeguard service. Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.
Blanes town center is less than a 5-minute drive away, offering a marina, a lively promenade, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Inside the villa, you’ll find a booklet with our personal recommendations and hotspots to make the most of your stay!

Such an amazing stay at Villa Alta Vista! The accommodation was everything we had hoped for.
The bedrooms were spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen was really well-equipped. We loved having the outside BBQ area. And the pool area was just perfect. Nobody wanted to leave!

The villa was beautiful and in a fabulous location. Waking up to the views out from the hilltop to the sea was really magical. The immediate area felt exclusive and private but it was super convenient for a very short drive down the hill into Blanes for shops and restaurants. There are a myriad of supermarkets within about 1km and lots to do in the surrounding area from boat trips to Cava caves and flamenco dancing - we didn't manage half of it in our week. The pool was perfect - especially being saltwater and not chlorine and all the rooms were really well-appointed. Overall, hoping to go back next year!
