About this house rental
Nice and cozy house on the first line of the sea, with swimming pool, garden and private parking. It is located in the center of Blanes, a stone's throw from the port and promenade. Close to multiple shops, bars and restaurants. It has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning and heating. It has a barbecue area with table and chairs to enjoy a good meal by the pool. We offer personalized attention, organize excursions, rent bicycles and boats. We have Chef service and private driver.
It is a typical Costa Catalana house, with a nice decoration, fully furnished and equipped. It is very spacious; It has 3 rooms with double beds, 3 rooms with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 single bed. It has air conditioning, heating and a fireplace in the living room. In the dining room, right next to the kitchen there is a table for 10-11 people.
In the garden there is a relaxation area, with a table and chairs to enjoy a good barbecue by the pool. Just across the street is Blanes beach; perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
The entire house is rented exclusively for our guests. All areas of the house are private and are not shared. Inside the property there is a parking for 2 cars and just in front of the house there are many public parking spaces.
The rental price includes:
- all expenses for water, gas, electricity
- linens and towels
- free Internet
- final cleaning
Mandatory additional expenses, to be paid on arrival:
- Local tourist tax: €1/night/person
- Refundable security deposit: €500

Thank you for allowing us (party of 10) to stay at this lovely home. It was as advertised and the host was a prince staying an hour after our appointment time (due to slow customs and traffic) to welcome us. The location directly across the street from the beach was perfect and we found the home quite comfortable. We will stay again when we return to the area.

Great stay; as pictures show, clean with lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the beach.
Blanes was an easy stroll down the boardwalk. Nearby parks, especially the away from town, were great amenities.
Nearby food & bars were noisy at as the sun set and worth visiting.

House was nice but very close to a busy intersection and a club across the side street which was noisy around 4am. WiFi was not good and not sufficient for our group. We were there at the end of July and did not know it was fireworks week until we arrived so it was noisy and busy every evening. The bedroom set up was different from the online listing also. It states two rooms with twin beds but that was not accurate. There was only one twin bed room so the girls had to share a bed which was not ideal. Furniture was also different from the photos and living room was not comfortable for the group to be in all together. Overall a bit disappointing but we made it work. House was clean when we arrived and a/c units in each room helped keep everyone comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained. Kitchen facilities were good with an extra fridge/freezer outside. There was also an extra bathroom out by the pool which was very useful.
