Great location!
Trash, especially recycles, was overflowing when we got there...we reported it a day were told someone would come, but no one ever did.

Location, community pool, close beach access, stores and activities.
Wear and tear on the house. For example, every handle in the home was loose to almost broken. Furniture isn’t comfortable especially the back room. Front living room couches have gum between seats and springs are broken.
