The hosts are kind and helpful. I wrote them we were missing coffee, and they fetched a bag of coffee in under an hour. A clean, light-hearted and relaxing apartment, well-suited for the easy-going atmosphere of Porto Santo Stefano. An amazing balcony overlooking the yacht harbour and the embankment. Would stay there for much longer if we could.
Well, not the most well-fitted apartment, strictly speaking. Some furniture really cheap and old, like your granny's summer house. But it goes well with the beach vibe, doesn't spoil at all.

Posizione eccezionale, direttamente sul molo, dal balcone pare di essere veramente in acqua. Tantissimi bar e locali nel giro di 100 per poter gestire tutti i pasti dalla colazione alla cena. Personale dell'agenzia che si occupa dell'affitto cordiale e disponibile.
Sostanzialmente tre piani da fare senza ascensore, avrei messo di più in evidenza questo aspetto nella descrizione. Appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata anche se confermo che è molto pulito. Parcheggio gratuito non proprio vicinissimo.

The apartment has an amazing view, straight on the port.
No air conditioning. Extremely hot, was very hard to sleep because at sunrise, all the sun and the heat get into the house.

Location was great and wonderful sea view from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
The apartment feel aged and not well maintained. It wasn’t quite like the pictures show - much more worn down. The balcony furnitures were not available. it was super noisy on Friday evening. not recommended for families with small kids
