This home has been totally renovated into a beautiful, contemporary 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat. Handsome hardwood floors adorn 1 Swing About as well as new bathrooms and kitchen and all new furniture. Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Plantation, this is the perfect home to relax and enjoy a lovely lagoon and wooded view on the large back deck. With a table and 6 chairs, the deck area is perfect to dine al fresco with the gas grill.
The large living area has deep cherry floors and a cozy sitting area of 2 sofas, one with a chaise lounge chair, and comfy easy chairs in a navy and white decor. Two sliding doors and a wall of windows allow the peaceful wooded and lagoon view. A large wall mounted flat screen TV and a half bath off this room are added conveniences.
The chef's kitchen is fabulous with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and lovely dark cherry cabinets. A cooking island with 2 stools and a flat screen TV provide a great setting for socializing with the cook. A closet off the kitchen houses a washer and dryer. Furthermore, a breakfast bar with 3 stools open to the dining area that seats eight.
A spacious master bedroom includes a queen sleigh bed, 2 comfortable chairs, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower only. One guest room has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The decor is white with a an attractive floral, paisley rug. The second guest bedroom has a 4 poster queen bed with blue and tan paisley bedding and a flat screen TV. The 2 guest rooms share a full bath in the hallway.
It is .8 miles to a beach path and 1.3 miles to the Palmetto Dunes Beach Club. The Palmetto Dunes Pool is located 1.5miles away next to the Trent Jones Golf Clubhouse and the General Store and both serve lunch. You can also fish out of the lagoon behind the house. This home has wireless internet.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.

We loved our stay and would definitely return. Pool was amazing and the house was clean and well stocked. Great kitchen and great, quiet location. Mikhail was really responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable and more than met our needs. Owner was quick to respond when assistance was required and was attentive to our needs.

My family and I stayed at this rental and it was simply beautiful. It is located within the Palmetto Dunes neighborhood which was great for bike riding and taking morning walks. The backyard is secluded and next to a nice lagoon. There is enough room within all rooms, and everything you needed from games, household items, linens,pool toys,, etc. were provided. We weren't able to utilize the grill because it wasn't cleaned but the kitchen was beautiful to conduct all cooking. Also, if attending off season or if you prefer a heated pool inquire before your stay because there is a fee. It wasn't outlined within the description so ensure to inquire beforehand so it can be ready before your stay. The heater is located outside so it was turned on quickly. Homeowner was very responsive and provided great customer care. Will definitely stay in the future! I already have friends who i have referred the rental due to their inquiries. ENJOY this HOME away from HOME!

Booked this house for 7 member of my family. House is very cute and even better than the pictures. Well equipped modern kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The pool is beautiful and the whole backyard is so lush and pretty. The owner was very responsive and there were little amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen that were much appreciated.
The things I would note are as follows, the pullout sofa was good for the kids, but maybe not as comfy for adults, all the beds are queens so if you have a baby that insists on climbing into bed with you it can feel a bit cramped. The parking passes are $25/each, and make sure to drive slowly in the neighborhood as there are plenty of inexperienced bikers.
We drove through Sea Pines and really preferred Palmetto Dunes. We had a great time and would book this house again.
