Close proximity to the beach and only a block to Lover's Point, and just 1 block to kayak & bicycle rental, volleyball court and stunning Monterey Bay views. The Coastal Trail begins at Lover's Point, offering an easy & scenic traffic-free walk or bike ride to Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Fisherman's Wharf. 2 blocks away, you can enjoy the convenience of restaurants, coffee shops, market, bakery, museum, art galleries and library.
The house is located on a quiet one-way street. There is no on-site parking, but on-street parking is available without restrictions.
Home offers three bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, and three separate sitting rooms for gathering or escaping. Intimate patio area with barbecue and fire pit.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
No Pets. The home was built in 1906 and has been completely renovated. It has quaint Victorian architecture, great for adults and teens but not suitable for small children. Upstairs windows are low-to-the-ground and may pose safety concerns for toddlers.

The house was very clean and well decorated. Loved the artwork and family photos. The location was close to downtown and our favorite restaurant Peppers. It was an easy walk to Lovers Point. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home, Donna.

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. It was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the fact that it featured three living spaces. Four if you include the back patio. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Lover’s Point and the Monterey Bay trail, dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was exactly what we needed for our family trip. Clean house with spacious bedrooms and plenty of seating in common areas to visit comfortably with family, just up the street from Monterey Bay.

Especially for first time visitors to Monterey, this is a great location. Walk to almost everything. Street parking was a bit tight at times but we were able to find a place not too far away. We walked to the Aquarium and Lover's Point and had several lovely meals nearby.
