About this house rental
Prepare to be mesmerized by the dazzling ocean views from this amazing beach house. One home away from Ocean View Boulevard, it is steps from the water and the coastal recreational trail: turn right to visit the Aquarium and Cannery Row, or head in the other direction to commune with sea lions and sea otters on your way to Lover’s Point Beach. The living room has a huge TV over an electric fireplace, and the dining area seats six—both have views to die for. The well-equipped kitchen features a professional four-burner gas range and a built-in Viking microwave/convection oven—but there are restaurants galore close by. Stairs lead to the loft/office with a desk and a huge TV (if you can tear yourself away from the very blue horizons). The adjoining master bedroom has a King bed, a dressing room and closet, and a spectacular balcony with—you guessed it—more ocean views. The ensuite master bath has a walk-in shower and a clawfoot tub. Two guest rooms on the first floor with Queen beds share a full bath with a tub/shower, and there's a private backyard with a dining table and barbecue. “Wow!” may be the first word you utter when you enter, and “when can I return?” will likely be the last. Seafarer was a great home base for our family of 4. Everyone had their own bedroom and space to spread out. We enjoyed the lovely views and enjoyed watching the seals across the street! It was just a step away from a gorgeous walking trail and only a few blocks from the Aquarium and Cannery Row for exploring. Appreciated the fans available in each bedroom, as it was rather warm/muggy during our stay and there wasn't much of a "cool breeze" when we opened the windows. Parking in the driveway was tight, but manageable. A traditional coffee pot and a Keurig Coffee maker gave us options for how to prep our morning brew, complete with several starter supplies (except no sugar). Kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. Beds were comfortable. If you are a late morning sleeper - be prepared to figure out how to cover the window in the master bedroom with no coverings. We managed to tie a blanket over it. Our only suggestion might be for more hooks in each bathroom to hang towels. With the mugginess outside (and inside), our towels never really dried, as the only place to hang them was over the shower rod and on the one hook on the door in the master. Overall- its a great space for a family of 4 visiting the area!

Nice property , it felt like home , only one garbage bag limited supplies . Appliances hard to run nothing to put suitcases on had to use a chair . Otherwise well maintained property
