This secluded Coastal Estate sits on almost 1 acre of property surrounded by the Del Monte Forest and backs to natural open space green belt. It has limited handicap access such as a ramp at the entrance and grab bars in the shower and toilet.This tranquil estate includes 5 bedrooms, 4. bathrooms, and 4,600 square feet of luxury living space. There is a separate unit on the property that is used occasionally by others on the property. Only a few blocks from the famous Spanish Bay Resort and only a few miles from the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. The kitchen has ample cabinet and drawer space which is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, kitchen linens, professional cookware and all necessary utensils. The home has furnishings providing for a memorable and relaxing atmosphere. There are no fires, weddings, receptions, or rehearsals allowed on the property. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Great house for our three generations of six adults and three small children. Plenty of room to spread out in separate areas for privacy and quiet and then come together for family time and meals. 10 minutes to Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Asilomar and the beach.

Our three generation family of 9 spent Thanksgiving and the surrounding days here for the second time. We especially enjoyed cooking together in the large kitchen and gathering around the table in the dining room for meals, games, and hours of conversation.We noticed during our last visit that some essential small kitchen utensils were lacking (sharp knives, a good can opener, a coffee scoop, microwave cookware) so this year we brought our own. Next time we’ll also bring some stirring spoons and kitchen shears.We’re looking forward to our next visit to this welcoming home and more days in beautiful Pebble Beach.

Communication with our host was excellent checking in with us every day to see if we needed anything. The home was perfect for our needs 4 families came together to celebrate our 50th anniversary in one of our favorite places. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Great Location, But Several Issues
The location is fantastic, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few significant issues.
First, the Wi-Fi was completely unreliable throughout our stay. Despite reaching out to the property manager, who mentioned that the connection is often spotty due to the location and recent winds, the Wi-Fi never worked for us.
While the house was generally tidy upon arrival, it wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were dust bunnies, and the trash can smelled unpleasant—especially the kitchen one under the bag.
We also noticed several maintenance issues: exposed outlets, handwritten notes on the walls with instructions for opening and locking doors, and curtains that were poorly "tacked" in place. These minor details detracted from the “luxury living” experience promised in the listing.
Although the property is set on a lovely acre of land, we were told not to go out back due to the presence of fleas and ticks, which was disappointing. Additionally, we encountered difficulties accessing the Pebble Beach gates, though the property manager did eventually resolve the issue.
Inside, the house had a strange, unsettling vibe—it felt as though we were being watched. We also faced a confusing situation where we were incorrectly charged a pet fee. While we did not have a pet, our 2-year-old granddaughter did bring her stuffed cat, "Kitty," which led to some confusion. Haunted House!
