Maui Sunset #A-407 is an upstairs 1 Bd 2 Bath unit with a partial ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, AC in both master bedroom and living room, and complimentary high speed wireless service. Queen bed and sofa bed. There is cable TV/ DVD and CD player in the unit for your use.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The host was very amenable. It was very clean and comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved - the broom handle was broken. A wall hanging fell off the wall and broke.

We stayed for a month. Was a great spot. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to so many amenities in Kihei. The unit itself is a bit ‘tired, could use some fresh paint, etc. But we were very comfortable and loved the view from the 4th floor.

The rental company is amazing to deal with from start to finish. This is the second time and have referred them to friends . The condo is in great location bring oceanfront. The condo itself you could hear the elevator a bit from the bedroom. It is fully stocked with everything you need . Not sure if the bed was a queen it did seem a bit small. Very clean and stocked when we arrived . Didn’t use the dishwasher as it didn’t seem to clean very well, but lots of dishwashing detergent to use. Had a full soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Overall I would still stay here again .

I like Maui Sunset, and I've been using it for summer vacation for more than 15 years. I used more than 15 rooms during those 15 years.Each room has its own personality and differences, so I enjoy it. I felt that the facilities in this room (A-407) were a little old.
