About this apartment rental
Beachfront! It doesn't get any better! Three bedroom unit includes a large family room and a kitchen with granite counters. The master has a queen bed. Two additional bedrooms have full beds and the family room has a pull out queen sleep sofa. The entire unit is 'sand friendly' with tile throughout! There is a full eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a microwave. There is a new fully tiled bathroom with a tile shower. (New 2018) The unit now has central air-conditioning (New 2018) The patio with a grill is directly off of the entrance with additional seating. The family room has an LED TV, DVD player, and wireless internet service. The master has an additional LED 32' television. Parking for 1 car included in price is located directly across the street at Seaside Cottages. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults. Includes beach chairs and sunshine! Please note - we do not provide linens or pillows

Can't beat walking out the door and being 30 feet from beach. Apartment was very clean comfortable. Grill was handy for steak and lobster dinners. Lobster pot also furnished. All the comforts of home! Planning on making this a yearly visit!

Another beautiful week in Wells Maine. Mark and Patty have always been great hosts and their communication is impeccable. We love the location, the house is perfect for our family. We have already booked again for next year. Look forward to seeing both Mark and Patty again.

Positives:
Great location.
Kitchen spacious and fully equipped
Newly renovated.
Vacuum cleaner supplied.
Negatives:
WiFi weak
Parking rules stated that guest has one spot reserved in nearby motel. Yet, the driveway has room for 3 cars and was used by no one. Based on stated rules, my son had to rent an offsite space for $150.
Only one means of egress.
Storm door was ill fitting and slammed loudly when let go.
When put on the bread selection the toaster only toasted one side of the bread.
No direction as to what outside equipment is allowed to be used. (chairs, umbrellas, hot tub, kayaks)
Light bulb in shower not working.
