The communication was very good, we were able to check in a bit early, the free coffee machine was nice, the location was good.

Large comfortable spacious Queen Suite (no.4)
Very clean.
Despite busy location, there was virtually no noise at all.
Unlimited free hot drinks from the machine in reception was very much appreciated.
Claudia was very helpful with suggestions of places to see/go to.
She also booked the shuttle for our return journey to the airport which was appreciated.
Occasionally there was an unpleasant aroma from the drains in the bathroom.
We were also given a discount card for a local cafe (one xtra cafe) for breakfast but the waiter gave no discount inspite of the card being shown, and in fact the Cappuccinos were the most expensive we had throughout our stay in Rome (€5.50 Euros)

Very clean and comfortable in a suitable location. Also provides free coffee and they clean and change towels every day.
