About this house rental
Spacious 2700 ft. freshly remodeled and updated private home in Sun City West, a 55+over community, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a well situated neighborhood. Very large family room with two sets of French doors opening to two different patios, flat screen smart tv, additional eating area, personal library, piano, with views of citrus trees and desert plantings, and queen sofa bed. Master bedroom, walk in closet, wall mounted smart tv, and king size bed, opening through French doors to 30 foot covered patio. Brand new marble bathroom with large walk in shower, handicap accessible. Charming guest room with hall bath and queen bed is at other end of hall. Huge elegant dining room furnished with high end carved antique furniture, also with French doors opening out to logia. Extra-large laundry room doubles as an office and computer room with desktop computer. Large comfortable living room with bay window and seating for 8+. Spacious kitchen with recessed ceiling, back bar area. New travertine tile throughout house. New windows throughout. Many ADA features. Not the typical rental, as the home is the part time residence of the owner.
Professional desert landscaping includes palms, cactus, and citrus (tangelo, and Arizona sweet and Valencia orange trees.) Fresh fruit is abundant during the growing season, which is roughly December through March. Fully automated watering front and back, and gardener are included. Security cameras outside only monitor property. Second open patio with outdoor furniture and propane BBQ. Also large covered patio with cement walkways connecting patios and front of house. Two car garage. Access to 4 spectacular clubs with amazing variety of amenities including 8 golf courses, 8 pools, 4 high end gyms, bowling alley, cafes, walking tracks, etc. for monthly fee. Beautiful home, just like new with the remodel. We especially enjoyed the covered patio and spent a lot of our time out there. Great location was quiet and close to everything we needed. The owner was pleasant and easy to deal with. We had a really great vacation.

This is a very beautiful and large home. It has been completely renovated inside and out and seems like a brand new home. The furnishings and decoration are high end and in the best of taste. We spent a lot of time on the new covered patio and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living concept. Many extras in the home made our visit very pleasant. Fresh orange juice every morning was a very special treat.

We arrived to an immaculate home in Sun City West. It was quite substantial space wise with lovely large windows in the living and family rooms. The sleeping facilities, two bathrooms, good kitchen, and good functioning washer and dryer were all very acceptable.
Our rental was located on a very quiet cul-de-sac with a large yard and patio. Five citrus trees were available to us which we certainly enjoyed immensely. The wildlife of birds, rabbits and coyotes provided us with great enjoyment.
In summary we found the neighbours very friendly and our host very responsive in accommodating our needs. The multitude of activities in Sun City West fulfilled our recreational endeavors.
