Great location and proximity to Hwy 60 and 303. Gated community. Hosts were great communicators. We did do a bit of cleaning at check in, but nothing major. Possibly it was empty prior to our arrival. Just a bit dusty. Otherwise, unit is fine.

We had a great stay; the property is well furnished and in a good central location. Very peaceful and quite area, with good management. Look forward to going back for more Arizona sunshine.

My family and I stayed at this property while waiting for final touches on a new house. We were from out of state, and this property offered close proximity to lots of shops and amenities without being right in the middle of a city while we adjusted. Even staying for several weeks, the condo was a great place for a quiet stay with our kids and small dog. We appreciated the full kitchen, access to the pool, and the ceiling fans in every room to keep off the Arizona heat!
